I’m a Christian Life Coach passionate about helping individuals experience real healing and freedom from the inside out.

I loved God, read Scripture, and did everything I knew to do— but I wasn’t experiencing the freedom I read about.

For years, I suffered in silence. I wore masks that made me appear to have it all together, but on the inside I was falling apart—barely holding it together at times.

I believed lies that I was the only one with these struggles, that if people really knew me, they’d reject me, and that something was wrong with me.

Through my own journey of healing and learning how to walk with God, I began to understand how to move from simply knowing truth to actually living it.

I also discovered I wasn’t alone in my thoughts and struggles — and neither are you.

That’s why creating a safe place matters so much to me.

A place where you don't have to pretend.
